Born into the Hospitality industry, Drew is a co-owner in the family business. founded in 1983. His hotel, the Winchester Inn was listed in the top 75 Places to Stay in the US by Conde Naste Travel. Alchemy, the flagship restaurant, placed in the Top 100 Restaurant for Foodies in America by OpenTable and has been a Wine Spectator Award winner since 2006. Recently, he opened their second location, Chateaubriand 36, right across the street.

Drew Gibbs A trained Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Culinary Institute of America, Drew brings 20+ years of experience from the wholesale, purchasing, and production side of the hospitality industry.

When not spending his time scouring wine lists, researching new food and wine pairings, or planning the next expansion, Drew can be found making delicious dinners for his family, playing table top games with friends, and forever planning the next big trip abroad.
